Drink more water, less alcohol

To keep wrinkles at bay it's important to drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated. Drink the recommended 8 glasses per day. As you probably know, too much alchohol is not good for your skin so cut down and you'll improve your wrinkles and your overall health as well.

Get Plenty of Sleep

This may not be a revolutionary idea, but it's still very important. Your skin renews itself overnight so make sure you get plent of sleep. If you don't get plenty of sleep, you'll find that your wrinkles are more prominent in the morning.

So, again prevention is better than cure. Use a good anti-ageing moisturiser such as Prolou and sleep your wrinkles away.
